Join us at O’Riley’s Irish Pub Downtown for another of our famous Bartender Championships! Come support your favorite local bartenders from around Pensacola as they show off their craft and compete for the title!

We need your help picking the BEST OF THE BEST. Each bartender will be given one spirit and one special ingredient to use in their cocktail to wow the judges.

For $25 you will be able to taste all of the bartender's cocktails, enjoy free finger foods, and taste samples from our beer and liquor partners. We need your help to pick the crowd favorite, so please join us on Sunday, August 25 at 2:30PM after our Sunday brunch.

COMPETITOR DETAILS

This event is open for all local bartenders to apply. If you are interested, please contact Warren Sonnen immediately to secure your spot. Space is limited, so apply early.

All customers attending the event will receive one voting card which will allow them to vote only once for the best cocktail of their choosing. We will have a small judges panel that will be scoring each drink on a wide variety of categories to pick the top three bartenders. There will also be a prize for the top winner based on customer votes.

Bartenders will need all their required bar tools, any presentation items for their cocktail, and any extra ingredients outside the two provided ingredients. Be prepared to make around 100 small servings and one standard serving for display.

You will be given your spirit and secret ingredient that must be used to make your cocktail 48-72 hours prior to the event.
